Elena Jáuregui

Born in Madrid, Elena studied her violin degree in Spain with distinction and her Masters in Music Performance in London at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Elena has performed extensively across Europe as well as the United States, Africa and South America. Her playing has also been broadcast on Spanish and Icelandic national radio and BBC Radio 3 and she has recorded the solo violin part on feature and short films. As violinist of the Roncesvalles Duo and the Aglaia Trio she has recorded two CDs, Jardín bajo la Luna and Secretos Quiero Descubrir. Elena currently teaches violin at Junior Trinity and at City of London School for Girls.
